what is coming....
After much tergiversations I have finally finalized the design of my overalls/romper named Vesta and Eole dress.
So this is Vesta. (I made an ink boo-boo! Ach well) It was supposed to be a landgirl-type set of dungarees, but I saw this Mary Quant dress and my brain just said “oooooh, let's make it a halter top!” it has a crossover back halter front that ties around the neck and a belt. You can change the fabric to suit your taste! 175.- long; 155.- romper. (60.- deposit included)
This is Eole. I saw a picture and wanted to recreate the dress featured. I briefly lost my marbles, found them again and tried again. Thanks to a Japanese pattern I figured it out! It has pockets and inspite of it all zips at the back. 190.- lined ; 175.- unlined (60.- deposit included)
Now I have to finish 8 bikini tops (35.-) and 4 pairs of shorts (45.- or 66.- for the pair) They are all made from unused and leftover fabric bits. If they prove popular this can go on all summer! Powerful Konmari!
